It will work without Internet access. Obviously automatic updates won't work but otherwise it will be fine.

Les - thank you for your quick response! That is a great benefit as compared to Fusion 360 where internet connection is generally required and often times it is really slow at generating cut paths. So I would most definitely recommend Sheetcam over Fusion 360 as a cam package to be used in conjunction with CorelDraw.
