request for information about building a THC controller

Hi,
I'm new to this field and I need some information as I'm building a THC controller for a plasma with contact ignition. Can you tell me what the maximum voltage and frequency are? Also, does anyone have any voltage peak readings on an oscilloscope that I could use to observe the waveform and ripples?
