0-22 Error on PMX 65
We have had our Hypertherm Powermax 65 since we started cutting steel almost 9 years ago. It has worked nearly flawlessly in all that time, even though it has been pushed pretty hard from time to time. It came to a dead stop recently. Showing a 0-22 error which I could find very little information on, rather than turn on the gas. Luckily the fine people at Hypertherm quickly and easily diagnosed the problem, provided a work around and gave me the part number I needed to order. It was a simple air pressure switch gone bad. The switch is now replaced along with a new air filter. Just want to give accolades to the folks at Hypertherm for their help and direction. Salute!

I'm glad to see you got your issue resolved quickly from our guys in TS. also, happy to hear your nearly 9-year-old Powermax 65 is still going strong. Thanks for the post and update on the error code.ColoradoWayne wrote: ↑Tue Oct 11, 2022 11:33 am We have had our Hypertherm Powermax 65 since we started cutting steel almost 9 years ago.
