45XP not working and stopped firing

Ive had a 45 xp now about 3 or 4 years now and haven't any problems untill now Ive notice on the nozzles and electrodes are burning on one of the electrode and the nozzles are burning up from the inside out if anyone can picture that.Any way my wife was cutting some metal; art today and it stopped firing completely the problem is the machine is not showing any codes so I really dont know where to start is it time to start looking for a new
machine I hope not but has anyone else ran across this? Thanks for any help Kenny

Do you have contaminated air. Can you post a picture of your bad consumables?

Looks like air supply contamination to me. How old is your compressor?

I changed the retaining cap with an old one i had and that seems to work so far I also changed my moisture filter also so I really dont know

The black deposit looks like contamination. Mine always look shiny & clean until they are used up.

Definitely contaminated air. Huge improvments will be seen when using a quality filtration setup to eliminate particulate, oil, and water.
