I stumbled onto it, and I was impressed by how many things you could do with it. DesignEdge can easily do all of those things, but not everyone HAS DesignEdge software.

Thank you for sharing!! I noticed right away that these folks are here in the same town as I and so I emailed them. Bill has been in our store and had us do some laser engraving for him and plans to stop by today so we can chat! Small world!

I would encourage anyone thinking of using these amazing apps for commercial production to send them some $$! I told him in my email that his prices were way too low considering what he's doing - $30 for a year of unlimited use, $80 for 5 years. I also sent him an email asking how to make a donation. Later on, I saw a "SUBSCRIBE" link, but I did not open it. so he DOES sell access? Or ??

I will look at it again. With DesignEdge, I can do anything that he offers, but most people do not have DesignEdge, so I believe his site would be worth whatever he charges (or requests) for access.

When you see him today, TELL HIM that I looked for a fee, or a price, or a charge, and saw NOTHING. I did not click on TERMS OF USE link which leads to the "TERMS and PRICING" web page, so I guess I wasn't thinking that a price would be in the terms. That is why I sent an email asking how to send a donation to him, via ZELLE or whatever. I told him he could use the money to take his family out for dinner or something.

I am not Elon Musk, but I would like to make a small donation to you, to thank you for offering this site and all of these nifty online design apps to the general public. You can all go out to dinner on me! I see that you do not ask for donations, and you do not CHARGE for access to this site. How would one send a donation to you? I figured that the TERMS OF USE was probably about Copyright issues, posting porn and such, and since I do not violate the usual TERMS OF USE, I just ignored that link. I suspect other people also MISS the BUY NOW page, and he is losing money he COULD be making.

Tell him that he needs SOMETHING on his site that CLEARLY leads people to the BUY NOW page.

I also paid the $79.99, because I think he offers a lot for a modest charge. I will probably not use much of what he offers because I use DesignEdge which is capable of doing nearly everything I saw there, but I like to support families who do stuff like this, nonethless.

Since we do custom laser engraving and people are always looking for ideas, I'm going to talk to him about setting up something that will run on a computer in the store out front for customers to design their own and save the SVG in a file so we can pull it right into Lightburn and put it on whatever they want! Or sublimation print it on whatever! Fun!

That is a great idea. His free design programs are easy to use, and hard to %^&* up. So the design process is something the average customer may enjoy. You can always make minor adjustments to make the product come out right. Good luck, Robert!
