Doubler plate dxf

Hi all,
I need a doubler plate made and my design skills are lacking. I'm just getting started with Librecam. I have attached a scanned image of the part which is actual size. The plate needs to have an oblong hole in at shown. I've listed measurements from outside edge of plate to outside edge of hole.

Any help would be appreciated

Here is a quick auto trace of your image and scaled to match your dimensions, but the numbers don't seem to add up. Perhaps you could show us what progress you have made using Librecad and we can go from there. Or provide a sketch with accurate dimensions showing exactly what measurement points you are using for your dimensions.
