I have made some changes to the PRICING CALCULATOR SPREADSHEET that I put up for you on GOOGLE DOCS.
This can be downloaded using the FILE>SAVE> function, nd then manipulated in your own spreadsheet software on your PC.
Let me know if this works for you, and I am always open to suggestions and changes.
