Plasma Quench Recipe
Does anyone have a Plasma Quench recipe to make at home vs buying it premade? We currently use Plasma Quench STV Blue, but looking to save some money and make our own. And where do you purchase the ingredients? Thank you in advance!

Re: Plasma Quench Recipe
This topic has come up often on this forum. Do a search for Plasma Quench and you should turn up lots of information. Me, I just mix up washing soda with water for my table. It's worked fine for the last 10 years with no rust in my water pan. I do drain the table down between uses.

Be ready for white residue everywhere. It makes a mess. I suggest not doing it. I don't drain my table....

I agree with TJS on this one. I also don't drain my water tray (size is 4 ft. x 4 ft. x 4 inches deep). The water actually evaporates quite quickly, and of course the coolant I use does not evaporate. I use Hangsterfer's S500 CF in dilute form, this is the same stuff I use for my cnc machining centers.
