I am sure a Little Red Express truck was posted in the file share forum some time ago but I have searched and cannot find it anywhere. Hopefully someone else can locate it.

Here is an image I found that you could do a manual trace from. Robbin Hill (Julie) sells a variety of Little Red Express truck files on Etsy, but it looks like she is currently sold out. My guess is that she will be relisting soon, since there are downloads of existing artwork.
