Software to cut text on a radius

Hi everyone,

Is there a program out there that allows you to choose a windows true type font and set the radius so the letters cut to the desired arc? I use SigmaTek and have asked that this feature be added which they are looking at, but can't seem to find anything out there that does it.

Inkscape can do that and it free, I'm sure its not the only one but what I use.
other videos are also shown in the side bar to look at.

My Corel Draw will also do that and wrap the text around any curvature but Corel is not free so Inkscape may be your best solution.
