Hypertherm 1250 squeeling when air is flowing
My hypertherm 1250 is squealing whenever the air is on and it's cutting do I need a new air valve or just can you take it apart in service it. Thanks

Are you hearing the squeal from the power supply or the torch?

Air valve in the machine just while cutting then purge air cooling torch after cut

You may have moisture in your air. Make sure you have clean, dry air going into the machine.

OK then I'm with Danny, Sounds like intermittently you have some contamination in your air entering the machine. If you have black swirling stains on your electrode and inside your nozzles then you know that's the case. Better filtration will be something to look into.
