Hi,
I am using a microstep THC for my Laguna Plasma Table. These tables have pretty much the same system as Pirahana tables. For what ever reason I am not able to move the torch up or down. The torch is fully up and the THC is telling me that its hitting a limit switch both up and down.

Will the torch move up and down under its own power without the thc?

Disable your thc, manually set your cut height and pierce height, and run a test program. Something like cutting a small square or circle. If you don't want to waste material, then you could attach a sharpie in place of your torch and "draw" your part on the metal.

Typically you can use keyboard commands to jog the torch up and down. Does your Laguna table not allow you to simply jog the torch up and down to confirm the motor is functioning properly?

Sounds like you may have a bad motor drive. If you can determine that the Z axis motor uses the same driver as the other motors you can always "borrow" the driver from the X axis to power the Z axis to confirm if it is in fact a bad motor drive.
