Hi All,
I recently purchased a 4x4 plasma cam table and the last thing I have left to connect is wiring the plasma cutter to the control box. The video instructions are using a Lincoln 55. I have a volt meter and am trying to find continuity when the trigger is pulled like the video explained, however I am not getting the same readings the video says I should be. The only wires that run from where the torch head cable enters the plasma cutter into a circuit board are 2 blue wires and 2 purple wires. The other wires attach to a positive and negative terminal.
Can anyone tell me which wires i am supposed to cut to attach the control cable to?

When installing the torch control cable, the Miller 375 is wired the same way as the Hypertherm Powermax 380. Check the Video Manual, Chapter 4, Set Up Plasma Cutter, Install Torch Control Cable, Specific Plasma Cutter Models, Hypertherm Powermax 380 for details of the installation procedure.
