Help with file conversion

Any one able to help or convert this image for me? I honestly wouldn't even know where to begin with a file like this!
It will be 30"-36" wide.

I don't think this one is necessarily a candidate for auto-tracing. I would do a manual trace. How much detail do you need?

I'm sorry but I did not make a DXF file, I thought that what I posted would help you along the way to make your own DXF file.

Larry - I'm not the original poster - just interested to see what you come up with for a dxf. I have tried several different programs (Inkscape, LightBurn, and Design Edge) to do an auto-trace from your file and my results were pretty much the same as working with the op's original color image. So for me I would still need to manually trace the photo, and would need to know exactly what sort of details the op is looking for.
