Z moves up and down but dro doesn't change

Just like the title says, Z moves up and down fine with keyboard or pn200 but the reading on the screen doesn't change. Anyone had this happen or could steer me in the right direction?

Did it work before or are you just setting this up now?

It's been running for close to a year. Just stated doing that yesterday. Restarted everything and still did it. Tried several more times and same outcome. Shut it down and called it a day, turned everything on this morning and it worked fine. ??
