Hypertherm pm65 error code
I have a hypertherm pm65 was wired into my plasmacam with a hand torch. Now I have a langmuir crossfire pro and using my plasma with the cpc port and machine torch. Iv tried multiple consumables i tried to go back to my hand torch same issues. If I use a shield I get a 0-30 code (stuck consumables error) if I use a deflector I get an 0-21 code (gas flow issue) torch tries to fire, gets air flow but no arc

Re: Hypertherm pm65 errors
I would suggest mounting an inline air pressure gauge directly at the air inlet to your plasma cutter. Make sure you have a good solid 100 psi measured at this gauge while the air is flowing thru the machine.
Fault code 0-30-0 means the electrode and the nozzle not making electrical contact. Reasons may include: Wrong consumables. Gas valve is open or leaking.
Fault code 0-21 - When the arc voltage drops, the inverter shuts down and turns the Powermax off. This is a 0-21 fault. The code will be clearly visible in the lower left-hand corner of the LCD screen found on the front of the power supply. This is the system's way of protecting the spring-loaded electrode from heat damage.
