dxf designer needed

I do own these files. just trying to put the 2 trucks into the frame. These files were not cnc ready. Is the only way to "tab" the pieces together in a cad program with lines and such? or is there an easier way in like inkscape. my trouble is not getting files into dxf format but tabbing them in some way other than hours of lines in Qcad. Thank you

Here is my other problem. The file is ok but in cad there are 2 many points, which for me translate into like 160 pierce points. is there a way to fix this? I am not looking for free work done here, if you can learn me here that would be great, if not let me know what it would cost, thanks.

I assume you are looking for something like this with one truck per frame. I know of no magic quick method to "tab" these for cutting. I would need to do this manually.

The lower left hand portion of you svg has a box drawn over it, but here is what we have. This file would really need more clean-up in order to produce a nice result when cut. You are welcome to PM me if you require further assistance.

Might also help if you mention the size of final design that you require, size of tabs need to withstand cutting and if a dfx file become to big you can put it into a RAR to extract like this one were 3.6mb in DFX and to big to add and once in RAR only 815kb
