Sheetcam Plasma Floating Head Problem
I am not sure if this is a problem with Sheetcam post or Mach3. I use mach3 THC with Scibe post and when I run it on my table the floating head gets further and further from the work piece after every touch off. I have attached the .tap file the sheetcam post creates. Can anyone see any problems with it.

Re: Sheetcam Plasma Floating Head Problem
I looked at the g-code and the floating head G-code is the same for each touch off. It retracts to Z0.1181 (switch offset) zeros the Z DRO them retracts to Z0.0709 then fires the torch. and drops to Z0.0591 for the cut height. this was the same for 700 lines of code so SheetCam is ok. Slipping in the Z drive would go the other way. the switch offset seem very large to me, when I used one it was about 0.030" even so it should not be increasing as it goes along.

Re: Sheetcam Plasma Floating Head Problem
I'd guess there is a problem with your touch-off. Are you getting any warnings in Mach? Looking at the code, it expects your touch-off switch to be connected as a probe input. Is this correct?
