My X axis was working fine, paused the machine for about 20 minutes, restarted and it lost position. With the keyboard it only moved in one direction, swapped card slots and it followed. The G251 board was replaced last year under warranty, because the X lost movement.
I shut the unit down, and unplugged it. 10 minutes later repowered it and it worked fine for about 2 minutes, and back to one direction only.
I have cut about 4 sheets since the new G251 was replaced last year.
What's going on here?

Re: X axis loosing position
If it is following the card, then I would suspect a problem with the card.

Re: X axis loosing position
I would inspect the integrity of your x axis wiring and wire connections. Possible your shorting somewhere down the line.
