Having issues with my cuts
We are new to the Cnc plasma world. We are currently having issues with cuts basically welding together instead of clean cut. Can you please give me some suggestions? Thank you advance.

Cutting too high, too fast or worn consumables.

Re: Having issues with my cuts
It would be helpful to have some more information about your setup. Machine, material being cut, thickness, plasma cutter, consumables, and your settings: pierce height, cut height, cut speed, amperage setting, air pressure setting, etc. I would agree with the previous comment that it does look like perhaps you are cutting too high and too fast.

And if you have any model of Hypertherm cutter, go to their website and look at their chart for all the settings. And then use them.

I had the same problem when my consumables were going bad, but wrong settings can cause this same problem.
