Need help converting a dxf

I need help converting a dxf file. I have access to an Esab machine at work and when I try to load the file I get an error. I have no experience with cnc machines and would like to make this metal art for my wife. Is there a way to get this file converted to something my machine will read without spending hundreds on software I will never use?

It needs to be converted to a .tap (G-code) for many of the CNC systems. Very easy to do but there can be a differences in the the table electronics.
If you can ask what Post processor is used at work, and what thickness you are cutting will help.
