Hey everyone was wondering if you could maybe help me out.. I have a Lincoln pro cut 60 plasma that does not arc , I cant really figure out why... I hook everything up and turn the unit on and it starts normally everything seems good till I try and light the torch, the air starts going through torch but no arc start and the fault light begins to flash... Not to sure what the problem could be I tried different air pressures and my air is going through 2 air seperators, and my consumables are good... Does anyone else know what this could be ?? Also purge does not seem to so much of anything...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not familiar with Lincoln but does the fault light blink to indicate a fault number or something? Any info on the fault light in your manual?
