Sheetcam crashing

I'm running licensed versions of Sheetcam TNG and Sheetcam Development on my Windows 7 comp. This is a dedicated machine with lots of memory and HD space.

Lately the Development version has been crashing consistently. I have reinstalled and no joy. It is asking to submit a online report but I have no internet where it is located. Is there a file generated somewhere I can copy and submit? Any ideas of what I can do to eliminate this problem? Thanx

I would get a USB stick and download the current version on your internet cneected computer and copy that to your problem computer and reload it. The licensed is on there already so just the downloaded version is needed for this to work.

what i really want to do is access the crash report somehow.

You can try going to their web page and posting the question to Les.
What are you calling crashing, the only problem I have had is with a file I was trying to load into SheetCam that was not successful, not a SheetCam problem.

Are you getting SheetCam's crash report window that allows you to add notes and select exactly what gets sent? If so there is a button to create the reports as a file. If you aren't getting that window the report is created directly from Windows and I don't know of any way of reading it.

Yes Les I get the reports window. I should have read the options more carefully. Ill get the file next time. There doesn't seem to be a definite pattern but it usually crashes soon after opening. Its happened with different drawings.
