Might be too late but the Manufactory in Cincinnati (Sharonville) has an Arclight Dynamics 4 x 8 table with torch height control and Mach 3 software. You can see it in their shop tour video at the 1:51 point.

I would contact Arclight as I am sure they would know of some customers they have in your area
