Good day , I just registered and am looking forward to collaboration with all the creative members. As a Innovative thinker I am overflowing with a multitude of possibilities. I expect our new CNC plasma table to arrive around the end of the month and need that much time to make room and install power supply fixtures. I decided on the Star Lab/Bulltear 2020 4ft x 4ft with 45XHypertherm, engraver and PronestLT. Once installed I will post pictures of my "space optimized" Shop, which I must once again tap the depths of creativity to find the space for this machine Hooyah!
Our business over the years has evolved with market changes, changes that have bumped us into fabrication solutions for increased production efficiency. Some of the fun things we do from my backyard shop currently are:
Producing our own 2 piece molds for pouring silicon, rubbers and plastics products that we use.
Perform sand casting for small aluminum foundry pieces.
Bend tube and pipe frames for our equipment builds.
Spin/turn copper helical coils on our "Flintstone" threading machine jig.
My priorities are to Love, Learn, Train and Teach. I have been married to my wife Deb for 23yrs who helps to keep my Dreams from being too terrifying. Have 1 exceptional Son/35yrs and daughter in law, 2 amazing grand kids 6and10 and 1 Dragon Doodle(Labordoodle who thinks she is a small Dragon/Goat sometimes) I enjoy golfing and know I am not good enough to be angry. Live in the greatest country on the Planet, pay my taxes to show my gratitude for the freedom I enjoy, aim to give fair value with integrity, earn a profit and share the path with others who are seeking the same route.
I am excited to enter in to the CNC Plasma field knowing how much experience the members on this forum have. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge. I hope to contribute what little I have. I didnt see where to add my signature line and dont know the requirements so I am gonna add a few details about who I am down there.
