Hello from Mid-Michigan. I have been here reading and collecting information and files for about 18 months. During the same period I have been building a 5x5 table. In my day job, I am a Senior Chassis Designer and have worked most of my life directly for Ford and now GM. I was a technical specialist in CAD at FORD so the CAD side is second nature. In parallel with the table project I have also build a 3x4x6 Powder Coat Oven and have a mid-size and small Lab oven to complete the set.
In my time here I have seen that Ben seems to be the subject matter expert in tracing. I currently have or have access to UGNX, Catia V5 and V6, Solidworks, A few versions of ProE and some others. For those of you that have CAD related questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you all for your wonderful contributions to the site. It is such a great resource and I am glad to be here.
