Cutmaster 52 - Moves before cut starts

Using Sheetcam and Mach3. When plasma torch sets down for cut it moves slightly then starts cut. When cut stops torch lacks about 1/4 inch finishing cut. Not very software savvy. Need help.

Sounds like your pierce delay time is not long enough.

Thicker materials take longer than thinner materials to pierce and you need to set that time properly so the torch doesn't move before too soon.
