Here is an error file from my latest cut-file I've tried loading in cmnd cnc, it happens quite freqently where it doesn't want to open cmnd cnc, after a couple of tries it opens, can someone tell me why? TIA.

You mean your CommandCNC wont open or the cut file doesn't display?

Re: command cnc error
I wold escalate this to CandCNC support. Its likely that the Mesa 7i92 ethernet card is faulty or there is a loose wire on the power supply to it or something silly like that. I think its an intermittent hardware fault.
I've not seen that error before in your print_file and I use a similar Mesa ethernet card.
You can see that LinuxCNC finds the board at the expected IP address and the board is discovered but for some reason its not being loaded properly.

Code: Select all
hm2: loading Mesa HostMot2 driver version 0.15
hm2_eth: loading Mesa AnyIO HostMot2 ethernet driver version 0.2
hm2_eth: 10.10.10.10: Hardware address: 00:60:1b:12:01:96
hm2_eth: discovered 7I92
board fails HM2 registration
Shutting down and cleaning up LinuxCNC...

Re: command cnc error
Post on the linuxcnc forum and make sure you reference the post title with "Mesa 7i92 not loading" or something and you'll get support from a user called PCW who is the main man at Mesa where your hardware comes form.
