Cut image inside of a pre-existing material shape

Is there a way to set up Sheetcam to cut within a material shape that is not rectangle or square?
For instance round.

What I do in a cut like this is to layout the perimeter to match the existing object then insert what you want to cut out of it. Turn off the torch and do a couple of dry runs to align things. Once aligned turn on the torch and start cutting when the ID is cut pause the machine and remove the plate.
