I have never quoted anyone for just cutting metal they need 200 of these parts they supply the metal

I would be at $3.40 each. This is based on my normal pricing if the customer furnishes full sheets of material in new condition.

Are you drilling or plasma cutting the holes.

If you are plasma cutting them, have you done some test cuts and confirmed with the customer that the hole quality will be acceptable. If the customer decides they want them drilling, that's 600 holes in Hardox 450
