combined emergency response logo on maltese cross

I am currently looking through all the past files, now on page 50 of 321 looking for a file of the above
I know its here somewhere...I am just recovering from a heart attack and had to use all the typical services 911,ems hospitals doctors
and want to cut a thank you to all who helped so if anyone can remember a file like this I would appreciate some help finding it

Check out this one I made it for my daughter, I later learned that the heart rhythm is backwards...... O well she loved it

thanks rons I looked at that one very nice but the one I am looking for is simple maltese cross with the diferent simplified logo's got to thank ems techs , ambulance crews 2 surgical teams and two diferent hospitals in 2 cities without them I would not have made it
