Precision plasma 3:1 pulleys for rotary axis
I have a Chinese rotary axis and don't want to rewire the motor that can with it. so I'm looking for the same pulleys that precision plasma supply's for their tables so I can use my candcnc stepper motor. TIA

what pulley came on the rotary axis motor? Is it the same pitch (tooth spacing) as the ones on XY? You need a 3/8" bore for the 620 motor pulley.

You will need to match the same tooth pitch as the pulley. that may not be as easy if its MM pitch and to get it the same size and with a .375 bore. As steel35 says you can easily bore out the 1/4" (6.4 mm) with a 3?8 hole . If the belt pitch is standard (XL belt with .2 pitch ) you can find a pulley at several US motion equipment vendors. A freind with a lathe could do it. If you have a Mill you can chuck a 1/4" bit, center the pulley in a vice and drill it to .375. It needs to be centered.

Thanks again, I have access to a lathe at work and built the rotary in a couple days, now in trying to figure out the correct steps per unit in cammand cnc, to cut tube and pipe correctly.

depends on what CAM you are using to do the rotary cutting. The SheetCAM Rotary Plasma is not calibrated in steps per inch. Its confusing but there is a CommandCNC Rotary POST. You have to tell it how many steps for one rotation. Then there is a scaling factor in the POST options .
