Air pressure problem
I have a hypertherm 1250 and for some reason it started losing air pressure when I cut. My air compressor is working fine and holding around 150 lbs of air. When I start the cut the bar drops down to nothing after about 10 sec. I stop the program and it Immediately regains 80 lbs. Seems like something is messed up with the torch. Any suggestions?

Sounds like an air obstruction to me. Do you have an air pressure gauge right at the air inlet to the Hypertherm to see what is going on there?
