Little more info will help, do you have the actual size? You can estimate from the picture but that would help.

Way too cheap. My two hours of fab time along would be $120, design $60, powder coat $100, Metal (guessing without dimensions) $100. I would be at @ $400.

$100 is for powder coat only---12 gauge alone is 36" high by 48" wide and then the frame.
