Corel Draw cutting arc in straight cuts

I have a Tracker 4X8 with the upgraded computer with Corel Draw X3 software. When I draw anything that has an arc such as letters like "G" and "O" it shows up in Command and Cut as a series of short straight lines to form the arc. Any ideas on what needs to be changed in the Corel or Command an Cut software?

When you export your plt file be sure the curve resolution is set to .001" See attached image showing the window that will appear when you are exporting. This should do it.
