Just ordered this hood. It was $22 with free shipping. It said it will cut down on UV rays and splash backs, not really worried about the splash backs but hope it will cut back on what dust the water table doesn't trap. I will do a review after testing it. Anyone one out there using a Starlab table that came with one?

It can ship usps 1st class for $3. Hard to pay $15 on it

Well mine arrived. Will try it out later this week. I got mine with no shipping which I thought was a deal but found out you can purchase it direct from the manufacture for with the bottom part for $9.99 plus $2.85 shipping USPS. http://store.dexas.com/collapsible-4-5-pop-funnel/ Then I find my local WalMart has them on the shelf for $9.59 no shipping. I know they are the same because they have the same name brand name and U S pat. no. D566.489. Just though I may save some of you $12.41 on the part and $12.15 on the shipping. If it doesn't work out you've only wasted $9.59 not $37.

Absolutely you will find it cheaper but you will still have to modify it to get it to work. So post up where it is cheaper, go buy one, copy the modification of it, and copy the idea of it. But don't forget where you saw it first. We are working with the mfg to produce these with our logo, thick neck and a higher temperature rating. They work super good no doubt they do. It was a local customer that set up the first one and that was a cheap Walmart copy (To which they were sued by the patent owner).
