THC GOES UP, NOT DOWN?

HI Guys,
Tried searching this, i think it's been covered but i cannot find the answer....
Cutting 16ga art file, material starts to warp, (i usually do not have any material warping btw) and thc brings torch up as it warps. (cool) When torch travels over non-warped up area THC does not lower torch back to correct cut height. Just keeps climbing, as does measured voltage.
What am i missing here? Thanks!

Turn off TIp Saver. Its locking the torch . The rest of the answer depends on the model of the LDR setup you have. Give Dan a call they are really good at soriting out cutting problems on their equipment.
