Here is a list of our most popular amperages. This first 5 are Hypertherm's Powermax series. No surprise there. The 200amp machines are a blend of Thermal Dyne (Autocut 200) and Hypertherm (Maxpro 200 and HT2000). This biggest was a Thermal Dyne Merlin that had a master and a slave plasma power source. We have done a few 150 amp Thermal Dyne Pakmaster XLs.

Our most popular control has been the bladerunner from CandCNC. We have integrated virtually all styles of motors and controls from CandCNC. From Nema 34 servos to LCTHC to Nema 23 servo and stepper. We have also used Gecko 251s on our Bullet system which was the first ever 2x2 and 2x3 cnc plasma on the market.

Where do I find info on the scribe and air drill?

Yes the air drill has been in Beta mode and testing for a couple of months on a few Star Labs. So far they have been working good. However on small thing pieces we do not have an air clamp mechanism in place to hold the material. We estimate the largest drill size to be .1875. This is an air actuated and slide integrated system for an air drill to mount to.
