Help with Post please

I'm helping a friend setup his Procut 4x8 Mach3 Sheetcam Proma THC ( I know, not great, but he didn't ask before he bought it) I have it up and cutting and it will cut with a post that is setup for Mach3 with no Z but if I use one with a THC it will make the first cut but it never goes down enough to trip the floating head, but the second cut it rezeros itself over .5" above the metal. I can see where the THC is making the Z move but it won't go all the way down on the metal. I have to much time in this thing to give up. There is a Post that Procut has on their help forum but when I try to import it into Sheetcam it gives me an error. I will post that one here if someone can tell me what is wrong with it. I can't get it to attach to this forum, sorry

What post processor have you been using? Could you give a link to the post on the Procut forum.

ProCutCNC Plasma THC is the post. The sight wont let me post the file or link to the Profab site. I keep getting invalid file extension message
