Corporate piece
I got a call today from a woman who does purchasing for a global manufacturer. She's interested in me making a piece for the lobby of the company's new headquarters. She said they are looking for something roughly 9 to 10 feet long by 4 to 5 feet wide. Corporate is where the money is and could potentially be a $5-$10,000 job Keeping my fingers crossed on this one.

For corporate work make sure you get a golden parachute contract that way if they don't like your work you still get paid

I cannot believe companies fall for that crap to me that is planed failure!

Re: Corporate piece
Nice.
On a side note, I'll have to look up this "Golden Parachute Contract". EDIT: I have no idea how a "Golden Parachute" can apply to selling a product. But I can understand a contract to cover cost of materials, etc if built for specifications to original written plans/instructions, and then the customer decided that they didn't like it.
