Sheetcam Post

Hey, I am new to all this. I am using a CandCNC BladerunnerAIO-DTHC-UBOB3-Rev15, Sheetcam, Mach 3 and Hypertherm 45. The paperwork that came with machine says to use the MP3000 post, but when I go to cut the THC dives down into the material, is this the correct post? or is there another one out there and where? I tried using the CandCNCPlasma-rev11m1 post, but it would turn the torch on and pierce than not move at all. Any and all help would be appreciated for this rookie.

For the torch diving you may want to put this delay in the tool setting it holds the DTHC off until it has a more stable voltage.
not sure about the second problem have you gone to their wed forum and posted the question there, they have answered my questions there.
