Best way to polish cold rolled steel?

I had to outsource a job that was larger than my table to a local laser place. The piece is 36" in diameter out of cold rolled steel. What's the best way to polish it for patina? Typically I use a 120grit flap disc but all these parts are much smaller and I've never worked with cold rolled steel before.
DA sander? Or just flap wheel it anyway (which will take awhile based on the size)?

They make a 7" 120 grit disc works for me. I get mine from Tacoma Screw Co.

THanks, but not worth purchasing a 7" grinder for one job

got safety glasses for the eyes...but I have gone through a couple gloves.... LOL - love the pic.
