IGS or STP converter to dwg?

i was sent files that where made in visualcam i cannot open those files in my program i down loaded free version of visual cam and i can convert them to IGS or STP but niether will open in my program what can i use to convert them to DWG or something i can open in corel or something to import into my program? i use torchmate and corel
