Voltage setting for THC

Voltage setting for THC
I am running a PCNC table with the retrofit THC. I have up graded my WinCNC but still can't get the THC to function properly. My question is what is a good start point to set my voltage I have started at 140,150, 160 and still it dives down into the work peice. any advice would be great.
