Need plasmacam program to load on my PC

I have plasmacam sofeware loaded on old PC, problem is it is so old and nothing works, i cant get plasmacam program off to load on my new PC.
Does anyone have any ideas where to get standard plasmacam program?
I called plasma cam, they want 250 bucks for tech support for 90 days. If you need one question answered every 90 days, it cost you 250 bucks per question.
Any ideas would be great.

Didnt your machine come with a disc with the PlasmaCam program on it?

I bought my machine used, and out of warranty. I tranfered it into my name with Pcam. They have never charged me anything for technical help. A new program disc was $10 from them.

one more example of how customer oriented plasmacam is... 250 bucks for the outdated software that it came with??? For crying out loud... my wife takes less money than these bandits.

I don't know about designedge, but with the old software you can just copy the program folder from anywhere to anywhere and it will run by simply double clicking the .exe file, it doesn't have to be 'installed', then you can right click on the .exe file, hit copy, then right click on the desktop (or start menu) and hit paste-shortcut, to run it from there

Plasmacam tech support is free, even for a used machine. Where did you get the $250 thing from?
