Cutting Aluminum

I have a customer that wants some patterns cut out of alum (1/16" & 1/8" Thick). i'm looking for any help with settings. I have a torchmate 3 system with a Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster A120. I tried some preliminary cuts but was not happy with the edge (the cuts were out of 1/16" alum). any help would be great

Thanks for the info, i have the 40amp tip in and i've tried speeds from 100IPM to 150IPM, but the edge i'm getting seems rough (at least to me)
