1 When I go to erase with the mouse all is erasing great until I release the mouse button. Then every move I made is reeplaced with lines on the drawing ,
2 I drew some horizonal lines to connect a persons name to an animal scene . Looks great ,used pick tool to group all together . When it goes to sheetcam the lines are missing ?

This may not be the problem but be sure to set a line width on your drawings in Corel. I have found that if no line width is set that these lines may not show up in you cutting application. To do this:
-select all lines/objects in your drawing
-select the "Outline Pen" tool from the toolbar on the left (third tool from the bottom in X5)
-from the flyout menu select "Hairline Outline"
Export or save the file to dxf and try again to see if your lines appear in your cutting application.
I do not use the eraser tool so I cannot help you with your first question.
