A SLIGHT PROBLEM

Been working on this since middle of May..no luck so far. Am running a diy 4x4
table with 4 axis drive system geckodrive G540,Mach3,sheetcam and THC301d, powered by an
An Tek PS-7N48R 500 watt power supply, with TD 52 plasma, I have bench tested
the THC301d and the sound logic board which were good, i have the ability to
change the number via the course and fine tune knobs but get no arc or torch
lights. it will run the road runner g code with out the torch on. and it is
wired from the TD52 (J10) using pins 1 & 3 as arc and pins 6 & 8 torch.
have switched back and forth from tip1 to electrode1 without any better results.
can not get the THC to work. guess basically i would like to just be able to use
it to start cutting. Have dumped the whole system and re-download Mach re
installed THC301 but still unable to cut a thing. need some help whether to get
it running with or without a floating head. Any suggestions
