I would like to share my experience with everyone. I purchased a well used 5x10 Dynatorch table. It was one of the first machines produced by Dynatorch. This machine had one x axis motor. The machine was not maintained properly and needed some work. It may have been dropped or hit by a forklift. Not sure. I called Dynatorch before I bought it and ask about support for the machine. I was told "IF YOU HAVE A DYNATORCH MACHINE YOU HAVE SUPPORT FOREVER AT NO ADDITIONAL COST". WOW don't see that much. Anyway I talked to Jim in sales and told him my situation and I wanted to add upgrades to the machine. With his help and the tech specialist Russell I rebuilt the frame of the machine, added new software, slide (torch holder) new fiber optic cables, laser pointer, Ohmic Touch, new rack on one side of the machine, a second drive motor for the x axis and air cylinders to all drive motors. My machine now cuts like a new machine. This photo is the first piece cut after the upgrade. Oh yea, Holly in accounting did a wonderful job in sending me quotes in a timely manner. Also Leon helped me on the software changes for updating the machine and motor. Bottom line is I think you can have the best machine (like mine...) but what good is it if you have no support from the company. So buy A Dynatorch..
Thanks,Jim (Dawg)

I also purchased a used dynatorch and have been told the same thing by the Dynatorch staff. They have been very prompt, friendly, and helpful with any questions that I have asked. They were also very competent at their troubleshooting.

Any business that doesn't 'get' the importance of customer service and the power of forums like this one - deserves to fail.

Dano, you are absolutely correct but some companies just will not support there customers after a sale. I was surprised at the support and help I received. This machine was built in 2004. Most companies may have parts but getting the advise and tech support is another story for a machine this old.
