Best to check your manual for cut speed, pierce delay time, and arc voltage. Are you seeing problems with your cut quality?
Will move this thread to the cut quality section since it is not DXF related.

Follow the cut settings under machine torch cutting in your Powermax45 manual, use the optimum (lower) speed settings for best quality. Assuming you have a torch height control....start with the arc voltag listed in the chart, then adust to control the torch to work distance to the recomended .060". Don't worry if the voltage is not exactly what is listed in the chart...the physical height is more important. Too high and you will get excess bevel and dross.
